Sauce dispensers

Hi!  I am doing some research on the fast food industry, specifically the sauce dispensers for McD's big mac, mayo and tartar sauce.

I am looking for some feedback from employees.  
Do you like the current dispenser?
Is it easy to clean?
How easy or hard is it to use?
Are there any current problems with the dispenser?
Does it ever get "in the way" when you are really busy?

I'd appreciate all the comments you can give!  Thanks!

they are fun to drop, because when dropped properly, one can get sause on the ceiling

The current dispensers are fine, but if they get broken, they could give out too much sauce and they can be hard to fix. They mainly get broken by dropping them, causing the metal to maybe bend in certain areas. However, they are easy to clean, and all you do is pull up on the lever and it squirts a serving of sauce. When you need to replace a sauce tube, all you do is turn and pull up on the handle, remove the old tube, put in the new tube, and pull up on the lever until the pressure on the sauce is "so much" that it begins squirting sauce.

I don't mind them at all. I'm pretty sure the only time they're really in the way is when you try pulling one off the rack without the long part at the top hitting someone in the face.

Definitely one of the easiest parts to clean.

The current sauce dispensers are ok. They're tremendously easy to clean, however, they easily "jam up" when we open a new sauce with them. They'll pretty much crush whatever sauce we'll have put in there and it'll go into our waste bin. The holder for them gets in my way, and some of the other people around 5'7 and taller. But, can't complain. They work alright. Sometimes they don't shoot out the right bits of sauce sometimes.

Yeah, they are mad easy to use, but it might be better if they were able to hold more sauce because changing them during the lunch rush can be a real pain in the ass.
