It's Maximo Park in China and includes bits of "Girls Who Play Guitars" (in brilliant quality), their whole performance of "Apply Some Pressure" in Shanghai (ENERGETIC!), some personal (HILARIOUS!!) shots and lots of spazzing (from the Maximos themselves!).

It also made me decide that stickyhips___ and me have to be the Paul-spazz-queens, or sth, hehe.
