■雅 -miyavi-
●10/12 sale new single PV [going first] attention start!!*
●10/10(month/celebration) a decision has been made to hold an event to
commemorate the sale of the new single!!

-Author's Notes- *Hm. I left this sentence in raw translation form. I can't
figure out how something is supposed to be going first/proceeding/starting
first if the date is *after* the one above it.

Melutomo

-I added the inserted numerals-

[Urgent Instructions]

Plans for coming to Club Chitta Kawasaki(1) today、

we're in the middle of recruiting very fancy Ko-Miyavi persons

called

”I am holding Mikki's Glove”(2)。

『Ah、I'm holding one!! 2 more in addition(3)・・・』

like you over there,

Certainly、for the sake of children not blessed like others please hand
them over(4)(Teary eyes from eye medicine)

/donarudo Saitou(5)

-Author's Notes-
1) Club Citta is a famous club
in Kawasaki, Japan. Everyone from Dir en Grey to American band Little Feat
has played there. Miyavi played there on 25 Sept.
2) Mikki? Like, Mickey Mouse? Mickey Mouse's Glove? I entered the Japanese
(ミッキーの手袋) in Japanese Google and the results matched my guess, so
I guess...that's what it means?
3) The Japanese language users counters for multiple objects. There's a
counter for flat things, cylindrical things, airplanes, numbers... anyway,
this was written "2 tsu" which means 2 "small objects". I'm guessing the
object is the "Mikki's Glove"?
4) This was written in extremely polite grammar.
5) "donarudo"? Doesn't that sound like Donald? It might be... Mickey and
Donald are two famous Disney cartoon characters.
I have no idea what Saitou is talking about... <<

Subject: Emergency Announcement"

-This doesn't make alot of sense. I apologize.-

As said, well, "emergency" or whatever I said, each time it's always the
same no matter what it may be(1) (I'm sorry (2)/apology) This time、Solo
House・雅-miyavi-clan's has planned to do a sale commemoration for our 3rd
major single "Wedding Ceremony song”、we are doing the custom of 『are(3)』
in Tokyo!!Just now、high praise、a meeting place search & 仮押さえ中
(4)!!

(I aaaaaam serious/burning)

Anyway、face the upcoming October 10 X day(5)[Celebration・Yakiniku(6)
Day]、don't forget to shape up!(※it is main point check))Don't forget to come after your work shift!(※It's more important)

雅-miyavi-clique~Manifest・Public Promise~

「Especially this time、don't run away!!」

(※This is the truth。Although、is it dangerous?...I steadily run from
things like that)

...I'm saying one more time、

don't forget to shape up 。
(Kirari◇(7)

-Author's Notes-
1) This sentence is full of slang and contractions. With help from [info]japanese
and a dash of help from [info]yilei, I managed to come through.
2)(すんまそーん/謝). The first word is "Sunmaso-n" which is a play on
sumimasen. It's
explained better here
.
The second part is the kanji for "apologize, thank, refuse". Since it's
not in verb form, the kanji stands alone as a noun.
3) This is the Japanese "are", not the English "are". In hirigana, "are"
can mean "that over there", but it was in katakana, so I don't know.
4) 仮押さえ中. The last kanji is "chuu", which means, in this case, "We
are in the middle of 仮押さえ". The first kanji means "tentative, assumed,
temporary" and 押さえ means "weight, rear guard, control, check, push, press"
. I can't figure it out.
5) The english word "day" was in the original Melutomo.
6) Yakiniku is literally "cooked beef"; there's a very delicious Korean
BBQ version too
7) Kirari? That's what it said, but I don't know the meaning.

Business Meeting Hell~!
Miyavimaru*

-Author's Notes- * -maru is the counter title for ships. Miyavi is referring to himself as a ship. Also, and I can't believe I forgot (thanks to [info]fluttering and [info]yilei), but Miyabimaru was/is the name of Miyavi's cat that he owned back in DLQ.

From here on, I am in a meeting(The mood is Minor 7*)

-Author's Notes- マイナー7 is "mainaa 7". "Minor 7 [a music term] should be an interval. It'll be one note shy of an octave. and then down a half step. It's not a very nice mood to be in--very discordant." Thanks to [info]shikou_mori for the explanation.

Farewell Septemberー!Ladies and Gentleman、meet Yakiniku Day!Solo House

-Author's Notes- What is this Solo House I keep hearing about? Does anyone
know if Yakiniku Day is a real holiday or some goofy Miyavi family tradition?
I think it's the latter...

It's not a Miyavi Storehouse, it's an apology(1)。。。

The following is a request from Arena37℃。

☆Urgent Notice☆

雅-miyavi- A decision has been made to put an extra supplment in the binding
of the first page of the next issue of『ARENA37℃』!

and、for that matter brains are revolving as they participate
and plan.
We are accepting quesitons for 雅-miyavi-san.
『Hello、if I were a data collector(2)、please ask us these kinds of questions』

Otherwise, it's genuinely『Seems like you're listening(3)』and on and on,
etc。
The plan was adopted、based on Miyavi's responsibiliy the ARENA37℃ received
honest(4) comments from him!

The time interval is a space of only 3 days。You can send in your mail until
10/3(Mon)!!
It's like Miyavi-san's tension is increasing as he is waiting for erratic correspondance
(laugh)!

Miyavi Warehouse (of the Heart) Friend Mail
http://www.o-re-sa-ma.com/mail.html

-Author's Notes-
1) The way this was written in Japanese indicates that "it's not ___, it's
____". Miyavi wrote: "It's not a Miyavi Storehouse, it's a suimasen". Suimasen,
also written, sumimasen, is Japanese for "Excuse me" or "I'm sorry". To
help make the sentence flow better, I wrote "apology" in place of "Excuse
me".
2) I know it sounds weird because I wrote "if I am...". Miyavi wrote "dattara"
which loosely means "if i am/was/were". I guess he's saying that give them
questions as if they want as much data they can gather. Hm.
3) Miyavi wrote "kiite mitai koto". "kitte mitai" is "listen seems like".
"koto" is one of those words that doesn't translate well into english. It
can mean "situation", "business", "affair", "___thing", "about ___".
4) Honest, bold, frank, strongly believes in his words, etc.
