Tennis season is starting early & Mario is back! He's currently playing the Hopman Cup in Perth, Australia.
Croatia is playing against Spain--Mario's younger sister Sanja is also playing in the Hopman Cup, and they will play their mixed doubles later today/tomorrow.
I won't be near a computer for a couple days from now so expect an update later in the week (or feel free to make one)!
As a sidenote, Mario is currently ranked 9th in the world and he is now sponsored by Adidas, not Nike. I'm hoping they put him in lots of black! 0:)

Sorry for the incredible lack of updates, folks.
Well, Mario lost in the quarters of the Paris masters, and he is finishing the 2006 season at #9 in the rankings and also #9 in the Race. He was one match away from making it to Shanghai, but lost to Nikolay Davydenko who had already made the Shanghai roster. Mario is still in Shanghai ready-to-play as back-up for injuries.
This is still the first time Mario is ending a season ranked within top 10, and we all know that he did AMAZING this season winning two titles and making 3 other finals, with a 2-months long injury and all.
