New Challenges will be posted every Sunday night by 10pm Eastern, and will end one week hence, with the voting beginning either Monday morning or evening and ending Tuesday evening. :D Sound like a plan?
The Rules:
1.) NO Animated Icons. It's called marie_STILLNESS for a reason. :D
2.) You may NOT use your own pictures, use only the caps provided in the challenge.
3.) Do not post your Icons anywhere until AFTER the winners are announced. Which means NO showing your icons off to others before entering.
4.) All Icons must be under 40kb; 100x100 or smaller; GIF, JPG, and PNG format. You know, so that you can use them on LJ eventually.^-^
5.) No asking people to vote for you. Vote for the HIGHEST QUALITY icons, and do NOT tell people which ones are yours. The voting results are open to everyone. You do not get any chances here, I WILL issue bans if I see any kind of cheating.
6.) You may only enter upto 2 icons per challenge, unless I say otherwise.^^
7.) You MUST vote for the number of icons specified in the poll. For example, if I say that you must vote for your favorite 3 icons, you CANNOT just vote for one icon, or more than 3(like 4, or 5) icons. I've been seeing this problem for a few weeks now. I WILL disqualify your vote for this.*
8.) All entries must be entered in a comment to the Challenge post in the following format:

*And lastly, please do NOT take any of the pretty comp icons unless you've been given permission by whomever made it. Give credit where credit is due.*
