Trying to put deodorant (or any tall, skinny item) out is like trying to set up dominoes. Dominoes you have no intention of ever knocking over, but still manage to fall down anyway, taking the next two lines on either side with them.

batman was pretty amazing. i'd like to see it again. there was just so much action and suspense i couldn't really handle it. that, and the fact that it was SO LONG. during the last hour i could hardly pay attention because i had to pee so badly.

i took some midol around 12:30 or something and i'm so jacked up i can't sleep. i'm just wandering around the apartment, watching movies and playing with nick. my uterus is no longer throbbing, but i'm so awake it's amazing. tomorrow i'm not going to end up waking up until the afternoon, i can feel it. ughhhhh. i didn't sleep last night, either, because i was in such pain. it hurt to have clothes on. i was really hot, but i was freezing. i hate hate hate this part of life.

So, tomorrow(today really since it's past midnight) I'm going to be RVing it with my parents. Last time I didn't go and they used the guilt trip on me to get me to come this time and it freakin' worked. Sigh, at least where we are going I'll be able to get on the net for about an hour a day. The only place I can get free wifi is in the main building's lobby. Yay, guess it's better then not being able to get on at all. I'll be coming back on Thursday. Then on Monday July 28th I'll be heading off to hangout with fruitsbsk28 for a week. First solo trip for me and the first time ever me riding the bus. I'm riding greyhound because it was cheaper then flying. Though it'll take me longer to get there. Oh wellz, I'll get to see my twin twin face to face again! Yayz! :3

Also I'm still debating if I should take my laptop with me on this trip or not. In someways I'd like to have it with me since I'm use to traveling with it (I kept missing it on the okinawa trip. I would have had wireless net some! ;-;) but on the other hand it's just another thing I have to keep up with. Any input on this is very welcomed.

In this movie. I know that movies never follow books, but when they are true stories, why screw it up? A vast majority of the population has read Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Especially in 1997 when this movie came out. How did they manage to fit 4 trials lasting 8 years into 1 trial lasting less than half that?

Plus, they changed the names of key people in the book. It's just frustrating. I know I'm a total nerd for analyzing this so hard core, but I loved reading the book and watching the movie now is just making my thoughts about the entire experience fizzle. Especially when I see the people that were in the book basically whoring themselves out to Hollywood.

I also looked at the web site for Jim Williams' house. It's now basically a museum. It has a store in the carriage house. Copies of the book, movie and soundtrack can be bought there. Way to make some money off your dead brother while making a mockery of everything he tried to do when he was alive you whore. I expect nothing less of a graduate from the University of Alabama. Blah.

In happier news...I'm so happy I have Mike <3 Here's a song.

Landlords' router sucks.  It disconnects us everyday and the only way to get back on again is by calling the caretaker to go over to their apartment to reset it.  Sigh.  I better use the internet now before Ginseng gets on and uses it all up.

Brief review:

Ate $46 Hawaiian fish dinner.  Was the freshest fish I've ever had.  Also had a bowl of poi, lilikoi, Kalua Pig--which bears a striking resemblance to 17th street barbecue, lomi lomi salmon, and haupia.

Sunned myself thoroughly today and Thursday which are my days off.  My brownage has increase about two-fold. 

Ginseng is working so I have more time to be bored with myself.

Discovered peanut butter/almond butter press at the organic grocery.  Made some almond butter.

Saw the Dark Knight.  It was cool.  Was confused about who Heath Ledger is--thought he was Dent, but he was the Joker.  Oh well, I've always been really bad at knowing who actors are.
