Yes, definitely! I can enter the contests and I'm one of the mods. XD And of course, if you win, then I'll make your banner. But anyway, how about we start you on week 62 for banners? I'm usually overloaded with banners on the week I have themes (the even-numbered themes), so for now, can you do all the even-numbered weeks?

If there's ever a problem, just let us know and we'll work something out. ^_^ There are usually not too many banners to be made, so hopefully it won't be too bad. As always, please let us know if there are problems, and we can just have other bannermakers step in. XD

I'll get you posting access shortly. And of course, just sorta post banners as you see how. The rotation list will be put in the userinfo asap. ^^
