1.) No plagiarism! Don't grab someone else's hard work and post it as your own simply to get praise.
2.) NO STEALING!! Do not take anything that you see here, unless its information, or you have the original poster's permission. Do not alter anyone's work to make icons, headers, wallpapers etc. unless you've gotten permission. The internet may be big, but its not so big that no one will find out.
3.) No wank. Whatsoever. You have a problem? Hit the post button and complain in your own journal. If its something serious, and I do mean serious you're welcome to discuss it with any of the mods you may see around. But make sure its not something ridiculous. Being rude will not get you what you want.
4.) Icon posting is allowed, but don't post anything here that you haven't colored outside of the cut/fake cut.
5.) Tag everything. Please see the Tagging Guide
6.) Don't harass anyone. If you want to know how something was done, ask nicely, or make a post about it. If anyone knows they'll answer you, if they don't, well, you'll just have to wait till a tutorial pops up, or play around until you find it on your own, just don't pester anyone for answers, or post the question again and again and again until you get an answer. It clogs up friends pages and generally annoys people.
7.) No intro post required, if you'd like, you can do a little introduction the first time you make a post (with something colored!), but its not required.
8.) If the content of your images contains spoilers/is especially graphic/contains nude contents/in general will scar those of us who are under 18, place it below a cut, and place a warning in bold print above the cut, where its VISIBLE. If any of the mods find the post, you'll be given a warning. You have 4 hours to change the post before it deleted. If anyone makes a habit of posting without warnings, it'll lead to banning.
9.) Don't put anything excessively large over the cut, please be considerate of other people.
