Art EXHIBIT: stuff to do
This is the final dates for the exhibit
Set-up Dec 14, 2008
1-6 pm
Opening Reception Dec 20
Pick-up of work: Jan 4 1-4pm- with frames and all, we will not be able to store anything.

Next, I need to get a poster made for this. Include the exhibit dates, the link to website, and a link to http//:www. manga-bento.com
Poster should look good at the following sizes:
8.5 x 11"
4 x 6
3 x 5
Leave enough space around the edges so we can scale and crop the image to any of those sizes without messing up the words.
It should be legible, easy to see from a distance, eye catching, work in color or black and white. Include the Sumi and Bento characters in our logo.
Resolution should be at least 300 dpi at 8.5 x 11 or in illustrator or freehand format
Due end of June. Oooo- I gues we can give a prize for da winna
Last thing:
We need to make a press release once the art exhibit website has gone through a good once over. I'll send out another post when we are ready to do that. Be thinking how big to make the blast- print, tv, & radio. . .?
