AboutWelcome to the lovely super community dedicated to, well, Manchester music.
Before I proceed, I'd like to point out a few things:-
1) I don't know everything there is to know about music in Manchester, so apologies for any omissions or mistakes in the interests section. If there are any bands or acts that I've omitted, let me know and I'll stick them in if there's room.
2) Yes, some of those acts aren't strictly Mancunian for one reason or another but I'm focusing also on acts that are generally associated with Manchester, otherwise there would be nitpicking forever as somebody discovers that Bernard Sumner had a Kazhakstani second cousin or something.
3) If you have any links to good websites for Manchester music bands, past or present, drop me an email and I'll stick them in the linky bit.
