AboutA little about me and this community.
I am a survivor of both sexual abuse as a child and rape. I suffer from borderline personality disorder with traits of OCD, post traumatic stress disorder and bi-polar. I am recovering from both bulimia and self harm. Having a mental illness is not a requirement for this community because anyone can get stressed. I am not a certified anything and I can’t make any promises that this community will help you. This community will basically be made up of my notes from a group I am currently doing called stress management. I encourage discussion and members to make their own posts. Every little bit helps.
