0700 Waking Hour --Take this time to wake yourself up, walk around, wash yourself up, do whatever you need to do.
0800 Vitals --meet with your doctor for a checkup on your basic well-being! (Doctors, check here for your check-up list)
0830 Breakfast --Today's breakfast is chocolate chip waffles with warm syrup!
0930 Free Time
1100 Aqua Therapy --The pool is open for you all to go swimming. Strictly supervised.
1200 Lunch --Today's lunch is chicken strips and french fries!
1300 Free Time
1400 Animal Therapy --The Day room has pets for you all to play with! Strictly supervised.
1500 Drug/Alcohol Therapy --Some of the nurses will talk to you about different kinds of drugs and alcohol and will explain what harm they can do to your body.
1700 Dinner --Today's dinner is beef stew!
1800 Free Time
2200 Lights Out --You must be in bed with the lights out by this time, or in the night room.
