back after a long absence

I've been gone for the months, since i spent the better part of last year in an institution. feeding tubes to gain back nearly 90 pounds (gross) but now I'm finally free of that hell hole and back home. I used to weigh 100, now its more like 187 (or at least it feels that way) So I could really use some support getting back to my old weight.
