Live Bands?
Inferno, quite often, and High Noon Saloon has bands almost every night. Or you can pick up a copy of The Isthmus at any gas station or grocery store for free and check out the music listings.
I'm new to Wisconsin and this whole 9pm cutoff for buying booze is awful! What can I do?
There is one liquor store that is tecnically outside of the city limits that sells till midnight. Vic Pierce Wines & Liquors 609 N Sherman Ave
Its 2 am on a Sunday morning! Where can I go to eat and sober up?
Trudy's Cafe is a well kept secret in Madison. A good greasy spoon diner that is only open in the 3rd shift hours. Or you could hit Dennys or Perkins, but they tend to be much more crowded.
Its noon on Sunday. I am totally hungover and all I want is a bloody mary and good breakfast. Where do I go?
Why, to the Come Back Inn of course. Sunday morning Dollar Bloody Marys and Mimosas with breakfast.

Bookmark DeadBeat Productions and find out for yourself. Matt is a hell of a promoter and thanks to him and his lovely wife, Madison has seen many many bands we may have otherwise had to drive hours to see.
Wheres a goth to shop?
Cats Meow: 137 W Johnson St. Good selection of new and older Lip Service lines, fetish attire, tights and boots and shoes. Will do special orders on request.
Amsterdam: 447 W Gilman St. Smaller selection of Lip Service items, but if you do some digging you can find some great deals.
Ragstock: 329 State St. New and vintage clothing and some really nice prices.
The Leather Shop: Williamson Street, Madison. Good selection of leather fetish attire, but dont buy the corsets. The all have plastic boning.
Also you can hit the mall if you can stand it. Charlotte Russe is now doing knock-offs of Lippy items.
