Console Log errors
Can anyone decipher this? I noticed these more often when I had my Macally iHub Jr. but have recently replaced it with an ioGear USB 2.0 PCI card and just noticed this. It repeats about 15-25 times before stopping for a while. I don't have any funky USB devices connected, and no hubs since installing the USB card. Only devices connected are: Apple Pro kbd, Kensington Optical Mouse in a Box Pro, Epson Stylus Color 980, Nikon digital camera cable, TexasInstruments TI-83+ cable and a Lexar CompactFlash reader. OS X 10.3, Kensington MouseWorks latest beta installed (for Panther compatibility.)

I don't have any specific information, but you might be able to determine which two devices those are by comparing that device ID against the value that USB Prober will display. (USB Prober is a utility installed by the Dev Tools in /Developer/Utilities)

Wow, cool! I didn't have the developer tools installed so I went ahead and did that - lots of cool apps and sample code gets installed along with it!

Thanks for the suggestion!

Did you ever find out what caused this?

I was just wondering if you ever managed to solve this - I'm having similar problems, but with built-in apple hardware (my apple mouse, connected straight to my eMac, OS 10.2.8)
If you have any wisdom, mail me at dfryer at uvic dot ca, if not, mail me anyway and I'll whine in Apple's general direction :)
Thanks,
Daniel
