| About: | We are the official community for the Macedonian Party of the United States, a left-of-the-Democrats faction in favour of freedom, glory, and men in very short skirts. Our purpose is the push to elect Alexander (the Great) as president and Hephaestion (the Pretty) as vice president in 2004. We believe that the recent political climate has left a bad taste in our country's mouth, and that dead gay men are the mouthwash we've been waiting for. Or, y'know, something like that. Membership of the Macedonian Party is open to all, including non-Americans. After all, if we can ignore the U.S. Constitution's natural-born-citizen clause, we can certainly accept people from all over the world as party members (and, dare we say it, voters). Besides, Alex and Heph certainly wouldn't be opposed to being elected, say, Prime Minister of England or some such at the same time. Together, we can clean up American politics and look good doing it.
