This was the community that came together... i thought we had "higher" ambitions, but perhaps this is the super-alpha trial version. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perhaps i am not really hooked on to the whole livejournal tsunami and it'll be really effective, but it doesn't really seem condusive to so much more than bulletin boarding and that stuff. the structure is kind of raw... but might as well use it if it's here. I would like to suggest visiting www.barnraiser.org for further inspirations on community building, social networking and youth organizing tools. I would also like to recommend visiting &lt;a href="http://all.at/aroundmac"&gt;http://all.at/aroundmac&lt;/a&gt; for some further info on organizing student-alumni-staff-community connections online.
