This is where all the left-over flashfic prompts get another chance. It's new and fresh, so give it a bit of time to kick off properly :)

what are flashfics?
Created by _makeachange, flashfics are Life with Derek fanfics that are inspired by a prompt somebody provided. It's a fic exchange of sorts that allows writers to explore something different - or maybe offer some needed inspiration.

what can you claim?
Whatever you want. As long as it's not already taken. General prompts can be claimed whenever.

who can claim?
Anyone. If the prompt speaks to you, then by all means, fly away with it. You don't need an LJ account.

how do you claim?
You simply leave a comment on the prompts post. For example, if you'd like to claim a leftover prompt from the May round, you'd leave a comment here. There's no due date or time limit.

where are the stories posted?
Here and if you want, on fanfiction.net. It's easily accessible and simple (and more people get to read it).
