Respect. It goes for everyone in this community. Don't make rude comments toward anyone.
No Help. This isn't a help or tutorial place. You want LJ help, there are many communties that offer it.
No Requesting. We sometimes make backgrounds. If you like the background, you may ask the maker if they could turn it into a layout for you. If that's not possible, then it's not possible. Also, some layouts/graphics may offer color changes. When commenting, it's helpful to use hex codes.
No Promoting. Please do not promote any communities in here.

Strikes and Warnings

If you have broken a rule, you will get a warning. You only get one warning. After a warning comes two strikes. You get two strikes, you're out.
