Up for bid is a rare chance to own the first record that Vincent Gallo ever appeared on. The band was called Bohack, and the album was released in 1982.
I don't know how many printings this went through, but I do know that the record is rare as hell simply because I looked for it for a number of years and was finally lucky enough to snag this one. I've spent my time with it, and would like to give someone else the opportunity to listen to the early work Vincent put together. Album is in great condition and still has the original wrapping on it, although it has been opened. Gallo is selling the same record on his site for $500 dollars, so here is your opportunity to own it for a bit less, perhaps.

Hey! Today was my second time ever hearing about Vincent Gallo. I saw him on "My Coolest Years: B-girls and B-boys" And he looked amazing. He was very funny and he made this joke about how he gave this girl the best love-making he could ever give, and I was taken right there and then. I went around looking for information on him, and I didn't realize he was so loved until I came here. I'm glad I found this community! |

who feels like getting into print talking about Vincent Gallo? yeah, you do
I'm writing a piece about him for an Unsung Heroes section of a magazine i write for and really could do with some quotes about him. It's a full introductory piece for poor saps who've never heard of him. Praise, slaggings off, stuff on films, music, anecdotes modelling or whatever. Just something that'd be fit to print (although having said that, anything up to and including the c-word is all good..just nothing libellous). So please sing praises away, you'll be fully accredited with a quote in a magazine with a fairly decent readership. Huzzah!

I don't know if anyone else saw it but Gallo was on a VH1 show last night. It's called "My Coolest Years: B-Boys and B-Girls", now there are two different episodes with the same name. He is in the hip hop one not the bad boy/bad girl one. I think everyone has seen pictures of Gallo in this phase, as Prince Vince. It's worth sitting through all the other people in the show because he is hilarious. I am sure that there will be reruns if you want to see it.

FUCKING FUCK!!!
I just turned on the Howard Stern show to watch the last five minutes of the 11 show and vincent is fucking there!!! I cant believe I missed it. Im hoping this is only part one and part two will be on tomorrow? fuck Im pissed. I heard something about him being on the show ages ago, I think I may of posted something about it? I kept checking but stopped after a month or so. FUCK! |
