AboutLouisvilleshows is a community to find and post information about anything potentially of interest to anyone in the Louisville music community. There aren't really rules, just a few guidelines:
1: Please post as much info as possible about your event. Just be specific about times/dates/place/etc.
2: If you want to post a flier, that's cool, but if you want to post more than one image, please put the rest behind an lj-cut. If you don't know how to do that, you can read in the FAQ section to find out. This just streamlines the journal and makes information easier to process.
3: We want to foster community as much as possible, so if you're coming to town and looking for a show or a place to stay or anything, feel free to ask on here. Also, if you're looking for band members, or help booking a show, anything like that, once again -- feel free to ask.
4: Don't start drama. I don't care what bands you like and don't like, and I doubt anyone else here does either. Also, starting drama includes any kind of racist/sexist/homophobic/etc. slur. I'm not going to make an eyesore of listing slurs here -- if you have doubts, just don't say it. Hate speech in this community is not tolerated at all. I'll ban you in a heartbeat. I've done it before.
