lotrips100, the weekly LOTR RPS drabble challenge.How it works:
One challenge will be posted every week. They will be posted on Monday morning (EST). Members will have until the next challenge is listed to complete and post their drabbles to the community.
Drabble requirements:
1. Your drabble must feature actors from The Lord of the Rings. This is not a community for slash only; het and gen are also welcome. As are crossovers.
2. Each challenge consists of a theme to write your drabble around. You must respect that theme, in whatever way you want. Thinking outside the box is, of course, encouraged. All drabbles posted on this community must incorporate the listed challege.
3. Your story must be no longer than 100 words. This is important. The constraint is what makes writing drabbles so challenging. Remember that a drabble isn't simply 100 words; it must hold itself together as any longer story must.
4. Please make sure you include a title, rating and pairing for each of your drabbles. You can put that information in the subject line or in the post itself.
5. Due to the small size of drabbles, you are not required to put your stories behind lj-cuts.
6. Members are allowed to post up to two drabbles per challenge. No more, please, out of consideration of our members' friends pages.
Also note that no off-topic posts are allowed and will be deleted by the mods.
