Short 'n Simple: Community for the oh-so-many fangirls of Lord of the Rings. We obsess, we love, and we worship. Fear us!
Discussions of any of JRR Tolkien's books are quite welcome and encouraged, as well as anything relating to them or the movies.
But before I make this too long, I ask that you please read the rules before joining. Trust me, it makes things alot easier for everyone if you do.
Rules:
In conclusion: follow the rules and the mods will not eat your brain.
Anyone seen breaking these rules will be given a small warning first (unless otherwise stated or we manage to miss your post), and if the offense continues over multiple incidents, banning may occur and offending entries will be deleted without a warning.

Rules:
- 1.) Always treat other members with kindness and respect.
No bitchslapping the other members. No body slamming. No insults.
2.) LJ-Cut large pictures and ALL quiz results.

3.) No character or actor bashing.
None of that, "s/he SUCKS!!1" nonsense, please. I'd like to avoid people getting offended and avoid flame wars. Flame wars will result in all involved being banned.
... Of course, assuming that mature conversations are able to be had when asked, 'Who's your least favorite actor/character and why?', then I won't complain. :)
