freaktheshow Usually Caps will be given, sometimes you may pick your own, however. Make sure to read what it says on the challenge post! 2. There will be a first place, second place and third place winner. Also, a special category most of the time & a mod's choice. That's me(: More details in the challenge post.
3. Icons will be entered in a screened comment. And entered like so:

4. The icons you enter MUST be kept a secret until after the winners are announced. It ruins the fun, so keep it anonymous!
5. Icons must fit LJ standards! Only submissions that are 100x100 or less, 40KB or less, and .jpg, .png and .gif files are accepted.
6. Up to 3 icons accepted only. Unless otherwise stated.
7. All icons must be new & made for the challenge.
