What exactly is the Timelord Love Pact?
Once upon a time, after many sighings and heartfelt weepings at the end of Doctor Who Series 3, two partners in crime known as Foxysquid and the Rast decided to further the appreciation of the historical Master/Doctor relationship in the only way they knew how: by drawing lots of gay things with floaty hearts and driving their friends completely batshit.
Unfortunately, it was also decided that there should be a community to concentrate this powerful force, as if the internet had not already suffered* enough!
