Hey, everybody! Sorry, I don't have a layout to give you..and this community is pretty dead. Junior year is a killer. I'll get back to work later in the Spring and Summer. But, I came here for a purpose.
DOE ANY OF YOU KNOW JAVA?!
I'm so desperate, I need help. If any of you know Java(just a simple class is probably enough to help me) I have a Java assignment due tomorrow(plus a concert with my orchestra, and an essay...all due tomorrow) and I really need help! Please contact me! I'll love you forever and make you layout and do whatever you ask. Really, anything...I'll even make you a website.
Here are the directions, for an adept programmer(def. not me) it will probably take about 5 minutes, haha...anyway, the directions.
Download GM and Apple stock prices(adjusted close) from Yahoo Finance
Read both sets of stock prices(adjusted close) into your program(use 1 year of data).
Calculate the average day to day change in each stock.
You must create a new program called RoadTest
Print out the data in two columns.
Print out the two averages.

Essentially we're supposed to read in one text file(two columns, one for each stock). And then calculate the average. If you know how to do this with two files, then I can probably get away with doing that too.
