This is a community for self injurers, past and present. But more than that, this is a place to find support while trying to overcome the addiction that self injury can hold a person to.
Due to the different views of self injury, members are required to fill out an application. It is a simple task and will help us all get to know you. This community was created to be a very close group of self injurers. It's not that we don't trust you, it's that we don't trust people who feel that self injury is completely wrong.
We want to assure safety and positive guidance, therefore no form of harassment will be tolerated. Banning will be the result.
Not into the idea of voting? We respect that, but there are other options listed for you here. We have voting set for a specific reason [to keep the community close, keep 'trendy' cutters out, and to help the members feel safe]. You're welcome to apply, but please respect the rules as they stand now.
