Craft Fair / Twelfth Night Moot?
Hi,

Happy New Year!

This is x-posted in a couple of places, but I'm hoping that someone will have some info for us!

I was wondering if anyone had heard any news about a craft fair / moot being planned for next weekend (5-6th Jan)? As far as I am aware this is being organised by Liz from Treadwell's/LUSH(screen name = Culvalwen).

Any info you can pass on would be greatfully received as Rebecca B and I are hoping to have a table there to sell our soaps and stuff :o)

This is what is happening...

Pagan Network shall be hosting a Feast of Fools on Saturday the 6th of January at the Knights Templar pub in Chancery Lane http://www.fluidfoundation.com/venueDetails.asp?BarRef=1429

The Feast of Fools is traditionally an anarchic, topsy-turvy festival of tricks and costumes, so the theme here is not so much 'dress to impress' as 'dress to surprise'! Just don't get yourselves arrested, please!

We hope to have a small market stall area for people to browse and buy from, and also we will have tarot and palm readers for at least some of the evening. There will be games and competitions- all in keeping with the spirit of the day!

We will also have a small film crew from http://www.esoteric-e.co.uk/ who will be filming some footage for the pilot of a proposed long-term series on modern paganism.

Tickets £5 on the door, and can be reserved by contacting any of the Committee. This isn't required, but will speed things up considerably on the door!
Please keep checking for more details and feel free to contact Pagan Network on
0116 285 2383 if you have any questions about the event.

Aha! That is the one I was thinking of.

We'd love to have a stall there, but I'm not exactly keen to be seen on camera since I'm still in the broomcloset, particularly for my day job. Is there some way to opt out of being filmed?

No one has to be on camera if they don't want to be. If you want to contact me, pop onto PN and drop me a PM and I can give you further details.
