Welcome to Claire/Locke Fans Unite! This community is for the pairing of John Locke and Claire Littleton of the hit tv series Lost. Feel free to have a look around. Any one who is interested in joining, please read over the rules for this community.

Rules

1. Absolutely NO PB&J! This is a community for L/C fans, not C/C fans.

2. Please respect all members of the community. If you are not a member of the community, but a frequent visitor, please be curteous to those who are joined members. Visitors are welcome in this community, but if I catch any visitor or anonymous person bashing this community, the pairing, or the fans, I will change the settings to this community. In other words, membership will be required and all posts will be Friends-Only. So please be kind and don't ruin it for everyone.

3. Visitors are allowed. For those who do not have a LiveJournal account, you do not need to sign up unless you wish to do so. All entries are made public and anonymous reviews are accepted. Any rude or offensive comments will be deleted and are not tolerated.

4. Fanfiction, Icons, Graphics, Videos, etc...are welcome. Everything stated must be L/C related or it will be deleted.

A) Fanfiction- Anything and everything goes. I have said no C/C, but I will make an exception if the fic involves Locke. In other words, if the outcome of your fic is going to be a C/C coupling in the end, I will delete it. C/C/L triangles are accepted. Other couples are allowed as long as Locke and Claire are the dominant couple. If Claire or Locke is paired up with someone else, it will be deleted. Same rules apply with the C/C/L triangle. If it is a triangle and the coupling in the end is L/C, then it will be accepted.

If the stories are being posted, they must include the following:

Title
Rating
Pairing
Warning
Summary

Pairing is obvious, but if you have second or third pairings, please identify it. If your story contains a spoiler, please make it clear that your story may contain a spoiler. If you want to post a small summary of what your story is about, go for it, that field isn't required. All genres and ratings are accepted, from G to NC-17. Please make sure that your story is rated.

Disclaimers should be posted with each story. It can be a simple one, nothing major and such. I would appreciate it if you did include a disclaimer to the story that you are posting. The characters do not belong to us, and credit must be given where credit is due. If a story doesn't have a disclaimer, I will personally put one on there.

B) Icons, Graphics, Banners, etc... are accepted. Everything must be under a cut, unless it's the icons. Only 3 teaser icons are allowed on the front of the page, the rest need to be behind a cut. Sometimes graphics take a while to load, and it can be very frustrating for everyone to wait for the page to load if something huge is taking up space. Don't know what a lj cut is?

That's a lj cut, minus the *'s, you have to remove those.

5. Discussions and Promoting are allowed under a few circumstances. Discussions must revolve around LOST. Anything that isn't LOST related will be deleted. Promoting communities is acceptable as long as it pertains to LOST as well. All promotions must be approved through me or the other maintainers.

Rules for Visitors

The rules above still apply with a few exceptions. If you do not have a LJ account and do not feel like signing up, but still wish to be apart of this community, then please do so, even though it might be a little hard on other members to get to know you. If you wish to post stories, icons, etc...you will more than likely need to A) sign up for a LJ account or B) submit them to me.

If you are submitting your stories and such to me, you need to make sure that your name is included so I know who to credit. Stories and graphics will have to follow the above rules as well, if there is something missing, I will send it back to you and tell you to correct it.

If you have any questions about the rules, or feel they are unfair and want to battle it out. Please, feel free to contact me at any time, I love a good argument. I will not change the rules unless I feel something isn't right. Most communitites are a lot more strict when it comes to membership. These are a basic guildelines so things do not get out of hand. I do not need a bunch of 12 year olds running around screaming "OMG!!11!!! I HATE UR COMUNITEE!!!111!!!ELVENTYON1!!!"

Which brings me to the final order of business. Please...please use good grammar. If I catch any chat speak or gibberish nonesense, it will be deleted. I can understand if English isn't your first language, but just to type like that because you want to, that's very annoying. I will not tolerate short-cuts and such when it comes to typing. Keep your to/too/two's typed out and your numbers where they belong. 4 is not a good substituting "for."
