  <description>Yay.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After all that hard work, I&apos;m down 1.4 lbs from last week.  And believe me.  It was a LOT of hard work.  This time around seems to be killing me.  My diet feels more strict, my exercise seems more harsh.  I think it&apos;s the winter months that do this.  I think my body is under the assumption that it needs to be storing food for hibernation. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No.  I don&apos;t think so.  Here&apos;s to another week of exercise, 2 1/2 cups of veggies and fruits a day and 64 oz of water!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blessings.  Jen</description>

  <title>Goal #1 hit!</title>

  <description>My scale can&apos;t decide this morning if I weigh 229.4 or 228.4... but my first goal is hit! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;m below 230!!  Yippy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Next goal is my Driver&apos;s license weight of 210!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*pops out the champagne*  Here&apos;s to exercise, eating right, and bright futures!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think a glass of champagne is 2 points.</description>
