ljs100@ttales.net AboutA community for posting fanfiction based on L. J. Smith's books. Specifically, it's a drabble challenge community. This means all fics posted should be approximately 100 words (though longer fics are allowed), and must follow a set theme.
Due to the quiet nature of the fandom right now, new challenges will be issued after at least one drabble response has been made to the current challenge. You must be a member of the community to post.
You can use these word counters to get an accurate word count of your drabble. One does a general word count, the other is limited to 100 words maximum for those who want to be strict with their drabbles.

When posting fics, please use the following header. It makes everything so much simpler.

notes: (anything else you want to add)
Your fanfiction can be based on any LJS book, and contain any pairing, rating, genre, etc. that you like. However, since this is an all-ages community, if your story contains sensitive material or has an R rating or higher, you need to put it behind an lj-cut tag.
Crossovers are good. If you choose to cross LJS with another fandom, please be sure to say, in the notes section of your header, which other fandom(s) are included.
Original characters are fine, as long as the story is recognizably LJS-based.
Post as many stories as you like, as long as they meet the requirements for the current challenge. You can post them all at once in a single post, or separately in multiple posts--whichever you prefer. Challenge rewinds are posted from time to time for you to catch up on challenges you may have missed.
Do not post anything that is not fic without permission from the moderator.
