Vampire Diaries Fanfic Archive

This is a brand new archive for Vampire Diaries fanfic. It will eventually be part of a larger fansite, but one step at a time. This is still being tweaked a bit, so please take note of the information posted on the main page.

Unlike Twilight Tales, this is an automated archive where you sign up and post your own fanfic to the site (like fanfiction.net). This means it will be up there immediately, and fanfics don't have to be complete - you can post them chapter by chapter as and when you get parts done.

Usernames are technically first-come, first-served, BUT I ask people to use a bit of consideration and try not to use names that are in use by prolific authors in the fandom as it may cause some real confusion.

I hope to see lots of the TVD fics you guys have all written in the past up on there when I wake up in the morning. ;)

NB: windiain, if you don't think it fits the scope of the challenge, just let me know and I'll remove it.

Notes: Mmmkay. So yes, this is a little long, and the rest of the fic grew backwards out of the end of the fic, which is the part I actually had in mind for the challenge itself. The blame for the extra length is to be laid on LJSanta, in particular the awesome 'Pasts and Futures', where the ending left me inspired and wanting more. This fic assumes that Elena did not come back at the end of Dark Reunion, though everything else happened as described. There's some Matt/Stefan slashy overtones, but it's not meant as explicit slash. Infer from it what you will.
