| About: | This is the starting point for the Great LiveJournal Hunt! The rules are pretty simple. 1) There is a hidden LiveJournal. 2) Solve the clues and find the hidden LiveJournal! 3) One clue may be posted each day. 4) Once someone discovers the hidden LJ, it will be announced in the LJ where the clues were given. Clues may be continued as long as there are interested players who have yet to discover the next LJ. 5) If you are the first to find the hidden LiveJournal, post a comment in the discovered LJ to that effect. You can create a new hidden LJ for the LJ hunt, and post an entry in it, as well as a clue in the last discovered hidden LJ. 6) Once the new hidden LJ is created, the creator may post clues in the last discovered hidden LJ. 7) Staleness -- we need rules for what happens if no clues are posted in a timely fashion and the hidden journal is not/can not be found. 8) Community kindness -- LJs created for the hunt should eventually get deleted so they can be reclaimed by real people wanting to use the name! We should probably limit the number of hidden LJs in existence to some reasonable number. | |
