Flashman...a Fake?
I have been going over to flash's journal and leaving comments for the last 3 years...over 1,000 people have left comments....then someone asked if it was really true...and I replied with this..

I think if it was a fraud...it would have been exposed by now...nearly
2 years after the fact.

Someone replied to my response by saying that Flashman was the invention of another user, who was basking in the glow of the thousand comments and sympathy. And that this was a slap in the face of those that really died that day.

Well I still dont know what is the truth, but when I went to try and reply to this comment on flash's journal, The journal has been deleted.

GRRRRRRR if this is fake, what a slap in the face to all the nice people who left heart felt sympathies on his journal. Ugh. I just feel sick. I always had some suspicion about this because, I would never find 'flashman's real names listed in any list of the missing or the dead..

Ugh. If this message is inappropiate let me know, but now that flash's journal is deleted, and with this new found information..blah

Edited to add:

New information by one of the tech admins that ran the CBB board that rhyein and flash were on, as well as others.

Like I said..I want to believe that flash was real...I almost have to believe him, just for the sake of all those hundreds of kind people that left kind heartfelt words for him...

But now with his journal being deleted...and me never ever finding his names anyone on the missing/killed list :-(

Then I begin to wonder, for those that were really close to flashman..I wonder if they know that he wasnt real...or if they were involved with this?

I dont know anymore.

	The LiveJournal staff would not delete the journal unless asked to by the deceased's relatives. That means either that happened, or someone with access deleted it. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	I'm not saying whether anyone is lying here. But I'm very disappointed by the fact that some of you guys are fighting against each other on this painful true-or-false matter. It's sad enough to see our friends and people dying in the disaster. 9/11 is certainly a day that we can never forget. Why don't we stop arguing and let the dead to be resting in peace? 	I dont think he is intentionally trying to stir up trouble, I just think he wants to know the truth, as do many. He is not the only one that questioned why Anthony was never on ANY casualty list. Usually the local govt puts theses lists out, they dont usually need permission from the parents to say wether someone died or not, I believe that is public record (Reply to this) (Parent)(Thread)
