My name is Andy and I'm the design intern here at Six Apart, but I mostly work on LiveJournal stuff. My day to day routine usually involves working on LJ themes and what ever design work that needs to be done. I'm very happy to be here and look forward to making LiveJournal even more awesome.

Here's the dilly about me:
I'm 19 and going into my second year at the Academy of Art University majoring in New Media web design and print. School is boring. A lot of people ask me how they can get into the design field and my only advice to them is to practice your craft. Schools will teach you the principles and tools to create, but no amount of schooling can teach you how to be creative. So you wanna be a graphics/web designer? Well then draw, draw like there's no tomorrow. Draw anything you can think of, draw in different styles, draw type faces, draw sounds and emotions. Because when it comes down to it, that's the strongest foundation you can have.

My name is Mischa, I'm new here at LiveJournal. I'm a software engineering intern. I mostly am fixing bugs and learning the codebase so I can make myself useful. I started this community with my new buddy Andy The Intern, and we're going to take the offices by storm.
A little about me:
I was born and raised in Berkeley, where I still live. I just graduated high school and I'll be going to the University Of San Francisco this fall to study languages and computer science. I've had a livejournal for hella years and I'm excited to work here. Also, I am a libra and enjoy long walks on the beach.
