Hokay, I might as well jump on the bandwagon.

My name is Leesa, and not only have I been on LiveJournal since 2004, I run CommieJournal, which is likely now the third largest site running the LJ code.

Not only do I know how to run the code, I also know how to be diplomatic and courteous when dealing with other people. While my temper may show at times, it's only because someone has severely abused me. Treat me like you want to be treated, and I'm sweet as pie :)

Will I have the time? Most certainly, yes! I am on full disability due to Multiple Sclerosis and other nasties, so yes, I have the time :)

Why do I want to be on the board? Because it's been too long waiting for LJ users to have a voice, and I feel I am in a good position to be one.

ETA: I think it is important for me to include that I spent 2 1/2 years as an AOL Volunteer Community Leader when AOL still had volunteers. I worked in the online roleplay area, monitoring message boards, chat, and websites.
