Somebody wrote me this question last week. I guess like me they been out a school for a long while and wonderin how much time it takes to pass the GED. I asked around and it seems to depend on how much time you got to study and how much you read. See the GED has a lot of questions that need you to read passages and figur out what it says. So it seems if people read alot then they got an easier time on the test. Me, I read alot of trash - you know, romance novels, and so maybe it won't take me too long to get this thing. What do you think?

Here's a good math question. Can anybody get it? Post your answer below.

A box of candles contains six candles. Keisha has a candelabra that holds four candles and a chandelier that holds eight. She also wants ten candles to put in her fireplace. How many boxes of candles does she need?

Okay. It's been long enough without a h.s. diploma. I going to get this thing done. Tired of low payin jobs and the embarrassment of not having my diploma. So i'm in this good online program and it's fun - well most of the times. sometimes its really hard. Like my brain just don't want to remember. Oh well, thats what gettin older is.

so what I want to talk about is the crap that gets in the way of gettin this done. I started makin a list.
study every day
take notes better
write more
set goals

anybody can add to my list. what do you think are the things that get in the way of gettin this done!
