Offer: I'm offering 7 friendship bracelets (each to be bid on separately) made from embroidery thread. I'll offer up to eight colors per bracelet, and I have most every color under the sun. If you want a certain rare shade to match your shoes, or your purse, or your whatever, just ask. :P So if you want a gay pride one, or a whatever pride one, I should be able to do it. I can make the stripes bigger/smaller as desired. I can also make it slightly longer if needed. I'm blatantly stealing this idea from [info]whatifisaidno, because I completely forgot about these since I haven't made one in years.

Delivery: Well I'm a horrible procrastinator, so I'll say probably at the very latest I will ship by September.

Offer: Jewelry, custom made to your own specifications, very beautiful and unique. I have sold sets of it for $50 easily.

I have many colors of wire handy and could easily special order some other colors. I also have many colors of beads handy and could obtain about anything else either special ordered or purchased locally.

I can easily accommodate for allergies to metals and lack of pierced ears. I do find the custom ear wires I use to be very comfortable and I really don't like wearing earrings much, but I can also use regular ones if you prefer.

Samples of my work (excuse the slight blurriness of the pictures, pictures were very hard to obtain and this set is the least blurry):

Necklace in black and red
A different necklace in blue and silver
A pair of earrings in green and gold, can easily be adjusted for less tiers
A necklace in purple, very ideal for a whole set
One of my favorites
Another favorite of mine
A really lovely black and green one

And all the pictures I have available can be found here. Any of these can easily be adjusted to suit your own tastes as far as colors and lengths go.

Delivery: Shipped to you no later than August 15th. On average shipping from where I live takes no more than a week to anywhere in the US, longer for outside the US. I'm willing to ship worldwide. If I have everything needed already, it will be sooner, I'm only allowing extra time in case I have to special order a color of something, since it takes about a week to arrive from my sources.

Minimum bid: $10 (will include one necklace or two sets of earrings or one bracelet)

Buy it Now: $30 (sold to [info]alligatorade on July 10th, 2008 11:09 pm (UTC))

Basically how I'll do it is for every $10 bid, you can have another bracelet or necklace or two sets of earrings. So the buy it now would allow for a full set, or substitutions to equal this. This is very generous, because many of my necklaces could easily sell for $20 or more, full sets at $50 or more.

Offer: $50 gift certificate for custom jewelry from Wyrding Studios.  Fifty bucks worth of custom work will get you a pretty spiffy pendant, two pairs of earrings, a nice bracelet, or a simple necklace.  I'm offering this personally, so it can only be used on custom work in my style of wireworking -- this means no beadstringing, no knotted pearls, and nothing by any of our guest artists.   I have made over 7000 pieces of jewelry in the past three years; if you can describe it to me and it can physically be done in wire, chances are very good that I can make it for you.  Please visit the website to see examples of my work.

Contact: kythryne@wyrdingstudios.com.

Delivery: Item will be mailed within one week of being finished.  Since this is for custom work and I'm even worse than Sibyll Trelawney at predicting the future, I can't get much more specific than that.  My turnaround time for custom work averages 2 - 4 weeks, but can be as little as a few days or as much as 2 months.  If you can tell me exactly what you want, it won't take very long; if we have to go back and forth a lot in email, well, it'll take longer.

Offer: I will weave a necklace possibly including seed beads, crystals, pearls, and other small beads to your choices: bead types, colors, length, general style, and type of metal (sterling or 14k gold-filled -- I can also supply niobium/titanium/stainless steel for those allergic to the other metals). I'm likely to add a cabochon or focal if I have something in your colors/style and you like it. I've had pieces published in bead magazines. This is one of my favorite pieces, in a variation on my custom spiral, but please have a look through my beadwork directory to see the types of jewelry I make. Please note that I'm a lousy photographer!

Delivery: The type of necklace will determine how long it will take to make, but I would expect to have it done by the end of August at the very latest (and probably much sooner).

This month marks the release of my latest poetry collection The Handless Maiden and Other Tales Twice Told from Sam's Dot Publishing. This is a collection of many of my fairy tale and fantasy poems published from 2005 to early 2008 and contains several gorgeous black and white accompanying illustrations by my friend and fellow poet, Marge Simon.

A little about me: I've been publishing regularly since 2005 and my fiction and poetry has appeared in several print and online venues including The Magazine of Speculative Poetry, Mythic Delirium, Star*Line, The Seventh Quarry, Reflections Edge, Dreams and Nightmares, Goblin Fruit and Illumen, to name only a few. I've also been nominated for the Spectrum Award, the Rhysling Award (every year since 2006) and the 2008 Bram Stoker Award for my poetry. You can familiarize yourself with my work by visiting my Web site Ars Memoriae.

Offer: A copy of the trade paperback book, signed (and personalized if you wish) as well as a handwritten copy of a so far unpublished poem, written on high quality paper and also signed. Please note that I will retain full copyright of the poem and may choose to sell it or publish it in a collection later. If you like, I will also make you a bracelet or set of earrings based on a poem from the collection.

Starting Bid: $10

Offer: one handmade necklace in heavy clear and multicolored clear-encased canework glass beads, with matching pierced earrings.

Necklace is roughly 25.5 inches/65 cm long when stretched out flat and open; the actual beaded portion is about 21 inches/54 cm long, and the remainder of the length is a mid-size silvertone curb chain, which allows you to adjust the wearing length. Clear Czech glass beads in plain round and pressed "pumpkin" shapes, caneworked disc beads with fine threadlike stripes in a rainbow of colors encased in clear glass, and 4mm silver-plated spacer beads alternate in a subtle geometric pattern, the regularity of the repeat contrasting with the irregular sizes and flashes of color of the disc beads. There's a 1/2 inch long clear glass double pyramid bead with tiny bubble inclusions as the focal point; the average width of the largest beads is 3/8 inch. It's strung on nylon-coated steel cable, with silvertone crimp covers, wire protectors, and a lobsterclaw clasp.

The matching earrings for pierced ears are roughly 1.75 inches/4.5 cm long, made of the same beads on heavy sterling silver bead-tipped headpins and sterling French hook earwires. Clear safety nuts will be included on request at no extra charge, for folks who have trouble with earrings getting lost.

For a small extra fee, I can swap out the earwires and/or clasp for another style -- the earwires can be switched to posts, fishhooks, leverbacks, or even clip-ons in sterling, the clasp can be switched to a few different silvertone S-hooks, or even the clasp and chain can be replaced with a toggle clasp if you don't want the length to be adjustable.

Since my earlier bracelet offer got snapped up promptly as a Buy-It-Now, and I know there were a few other folks interested in the piece...here's a second chance!

Offer: I will work with you to design a charm bracelet on a base of solid copper chain and copper findings, your choice of clasp style, with bead dangles in glass, metal, wood, ceramic, small crystals, polymer clay, semi-precious stones, or other materials -- if you're interested in costlier items like gemstone beads, large crystals, etc., this can be negotiated for an extra fee. You can pick a favorite color scheme, give me a general theme to work with, or provide photos of a favorite garment or other piece of jewelry you'd like to coordinate this with. If your wrists are sized sufficiently small or large that the "average" ready-made bracelet sizes of 7-inch and 9-inch lengths don't fit you properly, I can make this to a custom length of your choosing, or else do a design that incorporates an extender chain that lets you adjust the fit. (This last option is a particularly good idea if you're buying this for a gift and are uncertain of the recipient's bracelet size.) Or if you prefer, I can even make this in anklet-length instead of bracelet-sized...

Click on the image links below for a few previous examples. While I will not try to exactly duplicate any of these designs, I'm willing to make pieces in similar color schemes or patterns. If you prefer something more delicate than these medium-to-heavy curb chain bases, I can also get copper chain in weights and link sizes comparable to these silvertone pieces.

Still photos don't really do charm bracelets justice -- they look even prettier in motion on the wrist than they do just lying there in the jewelry box. :)

My family has been doing beadwork for many generations, and I've been beading since I was a child, working in a range of different styles and techniques for over thirty years now. You can see a few other examples of my work by clicking my seller tag here, as well as my DA Gallery.

Minimum Bid: $10 USD

Buy It Now: $50 USD

Delivery: Will be completed and mailed within one month of finalizing your design specifications. It will probably be ready much faster than that, but I'm allowing plenty of "wiggle room" in case certain components need to be special ordered -- and the chain base in particular, if you want anything other than medium or heavy curb chain in 7" or 9" lengths, I will definitely need to order for custom lengths or link styles. Pricing is higher than my previous offer to allow for the extra time and expense involved in the design consult and acquiring new beads and components to suit your design choices, instead of just working with items already on hand. I'm happy to ship outside of the US, but please consider the greater cost of international shipping when bidding...

The bracelet will be sent in a cloth gift pouch; if you'd like this to arrive ready for gift-giving, I'll be happy to put it in a ribbon-tied gift box for a small extra fee -- just let me know the occasion/color scheme you'd like the packaging to suit!

I'm combining four separate offers into a single post here because these items are all similar enough in construction and pricing and I'm too tired to make four separate posts right now; so please note that the bid minimum/buy-it-now price is for just ONE zipper pull, not all four! :)

Offer: one handmade beaded zipper pull/clip-on charm of your choice; large glass beads in various styles including lampwork and encased beads, plain or plated steel findings in gold and gunmetal finishes, with lobster-claw clasps to clip onto jacket or handbag zippers, necklace cords, embroidery scissors, pocket watches, cell phone charms, you name it!

From left to right in the picture below, the individual offers are as follows:

Pull #1 -- "Raindrops" (light blue) (Sold and shipped)
Large opaque-core translucent glass beads in shades of aquamarine and light blue, on steel/silvertone findings. Some beads have a faint surface iridescence, others (particularly the large teardrop) have a lot of interesting bubble inclusions. Roughly 2.75 inches/7 cm long, the largest bead is about 1/2 inch/1 cm across at the widest point.

Pull #2 -- "Chiaroscuro" (black/white/clear) (Sold and shipped)
Large irregularly shaped opaque black oblong glass beads, alternating with smaller round beads with swirling black and white lampwork encased in clear glass, on black/gunmetal finish plated steel findings. The lobsterclaw closure on this one is extra-large, helpful if you're looking for an attachment sized to fit things like thicker outerwear zippers, heavy necklaces, etc... The largest beads here are roughly 1/4 inch/7 mm wide and 1/2 inch/12 mm long; total length of the charm is about 3.5 inches/9 cm.

Pull #3 -- "Fairuza" (turquoise/gold) (Sold and shipped)
Large opaque turquoise beads, most ornamented with a shimmery gold-metallic surface swirl, on goldtone/plated steel findings, accented with 2mm gold-plated metal beads. The largest bead here is about 3/4 inch/2 cm long and 1/2 inch/1 cm across at the widest point. The lobsterclaw closure on this one is extra-large, helpful if you're looking for an attachment sized to fit things like thicker outerwear zippers, heavy necklaces, etc..

Pull #4 -- "Strata" (blue/white) (Sold and shipped)
Large irregularly shaped flattened-oval glass beads, in stripey layers of translucent cobalt blue and opaque white, on steel/silvertone findings. All beads are approximately 1/2 inch/1 cm long and 3/8 inch/8 cm wide.

Offered: BJD Necklace with matching bracelet for their owner.

Offer: One BJD necklace with metal clasp, and one bracelet in matching colours. Offer: I will work with you to design the perfect bead-trimmed zipper pull or phone strap to enhance your favorite handbag, jacket, cellphone, necklace, embroidery scissors, or whatever else you can loop a charm cord or lobsterclaw clasp onto!

I have plain short phone-charm cords in black with goldtone or silvertone findings, fancier long braided cords with silvertone findings, and lobsterclaw clasps in a few different sizes in gold, silver, copper, and black/gunmetal finishes. For purposes of this offer the base can be any material except precious metal, and trimmings can include chain, tassels, ribbons, tiny silk flowers, pewter charms, and beads of any material except for precious metals and gemstones -- glass, crystal, wood, shell, seed beads, porcupine quills, semi-precious stones, plated or base metal, polymer clay, ceramic, etc. are all fair game. (If you've got your heart set on a charm with precious metal or gemstone beads or charms, comment in the "Wanted" post or message me directly and I'll consider making another offer, but it would of course be priced higher than this...)

Click on the image links below for a few previous examples of phone charm and zipper pull work. While I will not try to exactly duplicate any of these designs, I'm willing to make pieces in similar color schemes or patterns. Phone straps can be made with clasps worked into the design so the charms are removable for separate use, or the charms can be permanently attached.

Offer: Any piece of jewelry found on my etsy page. I work mainly in sliver-plated findings, swarovski crystal, and czech glass beads, though it varies per piece, and is usually listed in the description. The winner may choose any of the available earrings, necklaces, bracelets or sets.

Delivery: I would prefer to ship priority mail with delivery confirmation within the US. Since all pieces offered are completed, they will ship within the week of confirmation of donation.

Minimum Bid: $15 USD

Offer: Simple felt badge in chibi style of your preferred character (anime preferred, but others will be fine), with 1" locking badge back. The badge will be comprised of several layers of felt and use paint, embroidery thread and normal sewing thread to make up the character of your choice. Depending on the character, I may also use other components such as beads as a finishing touch.

Sample image of Reno from Final Fantasy 7/AC/etc
Another picture of the Reno (and the evil companion cupcakes)

Any and all characters will be considered, and will be in a similar Chibi style. I will request a reference picture if I don't know the character when you win and send a basic concept sketch showing blocks of colour before I begin making. (Original characters will also be considered if you wish. If you want a cupcake or cookie or other oddity, I like making those too)

The dimensions of the Reno badge above is about 2 3/4" x 1 3/4". Each is hand sewn individually so they are all one of a kind, no two will be exactly the same.

Please note, these badges have not been tested to see whether they are water proof. The paint used in fine detail and eyes is permanent acrylic paint so it should hold up pretty well but I cannot guarantee that they will not run.

Minimum Bid: $3.50
Buy it now: $10

The top ten bids will recieve a badge. If you want more than one, bid twice for the same amount. You do not have to out bid those already bidding if you cannot afford to, anything $3.50 or higher will put you into the running. Please note, the fandoms listed in the tags are just ones I have experience with, I am willing to work on any fandom as long as I have reference images of the character you like.

Delivery: I will begin work after the 12th of August, have concepts out as soon as possible and mail all badges by the 19th of September.

Items are shipping from the UK, so it will take about a week or so after that for it to arrive with you.

Offer: one handmade beaded zipper pull/clip-on charm in frosted Czech glass, Swarovski crystal, and gold-plated metal beads, with matching pierced earrings.

The charm is made of three frosted heart-shaped glass beads, in three different shades of purple, accented with dark and light amethyst Swarovski bicones and tiny gold-plated beads, with gold-toned plated steel findings. A lobster-claw clasp at the top lets you clip it on to handbag or garment zippers, necklace cords, pocket watches, embroidery scissors, cellphone straps, you name it... (If you'd like to use it as a phone charm, I can include a basic phone strap with gold findings for a small extra charge.)

Matching pierced earrings are made of the same range of beads, on leverback earwires. I *think* the leverbacks are either vermeil or 10/14K gold-filled -- they're what I usually buy on the rare occasions I work in yellow metals, and I have other leverbacks of the same size and style that are very faintly stamped 14K GF -- but this pair are not marked and the storage baggie they were in lost its label, so I can't swear to it. For an extra fee, I can swap out the earwires if you prefer a different style or metal.

Pull/charm is roughly 3.5 inches/9 cm long, the largest beads are 3/8" across. Earrings are roughly 1.25 inches / 4 cm long.

Offer: one handmade beaded ID badge holder, with removable clip so that outside of the workday it can also be worn as a neckace. Silver-plated rice beads accented with Swarovski crystal faceted bicone and round beads in light blue and light amethyst, medium amethyst translucent Czech pressed glass flower beads, small butterflies of an unknown silvery metal (possibly pewter), frosted translucent lavender glass disc beads, and a handful of larger round and square clear iridescent-finished light blue glass beads. The focal bead the badge clip fits over is a cylinder of aquamarine glass with surface spots of opaque lavender, framed by two Czech pressed glass flowers in an opaque, matte variegated lavender.

Necklace is strung on heavy bonded nylon bead cord, finished with a round filigree silverplate box clasp; not counting the badge clip it's roughly 32 inches/82 cm long, long enough to slip over your head without having to use the clasp. On me it falls a bit below mid-bust, and an attached badge will hang near the waist. The primary rice beads are about half a centimeter wide at the thickest point, while the largest of the accent beads are almost one centimeter wide; the smallest beads, the crystal spacers, are about 4mm.

For an extra fee, I can rework this shorter or longer to a custom length, or swap out the clasp for a different style -- my plated/silvertone stash includes lobsterclaws, S-hooks, and small toggles.

Offer: one handmade necklace in hematite with Czech pressed glass accents, with matching pierced earrings.

Necklace is roughly 32 inches/81 cm long when stretched out flat and open; it hangs below mid-bust on me, and is long enough to slip on over the head without having to use the clasp. The main beads are 5 mm hematite rounds, the largest of the accent beads (the hematite teardrops and pressed glass ovals) are about 1 inch/2 cm long and 3/8 inch/1 cm wide; the gold-plated spacers are 2mm. It's strung on nylon-coated steel cable, with goldtone crimp covers, wire protectors, and toggle clasp.

The matching earrings for pierced ears are roughly 2.25 inches/6 cm long, made of the same beads on gold-plated steel pins. I *think* the fishhook ear wires are either vermeil or 10/14K gold-filled -- they're what I usually buy on the rare occasions I work in yellow metals -- but they're not stamped and the storage baggie they were in lost its label, so I can't swear to it. Clear safety nuts will be included on request at no extra charge, for folks who have trouble with earrings getting lost.

For an extra fee, I can swap out the earwires and/or clasp if you prefer a different style or metal (my current stash includes 14K GF leverbacks, goldtone and 14K lobsterclaws, and fancy vermeil toggles); I have plenty more of the gold spacers and hematite beads in a huge range of sizes and colors, so reworking this to a custom length is also an option.

Offer: I will make the winning bidder a rectangular, double-sided glass pendant necklace featuring almost any text of your choice. It can be a small piece from your favorite book, a snippet of your own writing, or any variety in between. An example of the pendant style can be seen here:

You can choose two different pieces of text or image (as long as I can easily get a copy of it!), or just give me book suggestions and your favorite characters and I will select for you! I can leave the paper plain or enhance it with watercolor to give the necklace some color, up to you! The pendants are usually about one inch square, clear glass on a thin softflex necklace. You can specify the length of softflex.

I do love making these with Harry Potter text, but will happily adapt to your wishes, dear bidder!

Delivery: I will send you the completed necklace by September 1.

Offer: one handmade necklace in carved bone, hematite, Czech glass, and sterling silver, with matching pierced earrings.

Necklace is rougly 28 inches/71 cm long when stretched out flat and open; it hangs to mid-bust on me, not counting the pendant, a 3.5 inch/9 cm hand-carved bone lizard. Inch-long bone hairpipe beads are accented with round hematite beads, opaque jade-green glass discs, and frosted translucent variegated light amethyst glass discs and pony beads, with a handful of vintage sterling silver accent beads and a sterling toggle clasp. The vintage silvery metal spacer bars are not actual sterling silver or silverplate -- I suspect they might be pewter, but couldn't swear to it. It's strung on a heavy bonded nylon bead cord, with knots hidden discreetly inside some of the larger beads for extra security.

The matching earrings for pierced ears are made of the same beads as the necklace, on embellished sterling fishhook earwires and eyepins; they're roughly 3 inches/7.5 cm long. Clear safety nuts will be included on request at no extra charge, for folks who have trouble with earrings getting lost. I chose these particular earwires because the wirework and milgrain on the silver accent bead goes so well with the toggle and spacer beads I used -- but if you have a strong preference for some other style of earwire -- French hoops, leverbacks, posts, clip-ons, etc., I can swap them out for a small extra charge. (If you can't wear silver due to metal allergies, I also have basic fishhook earwires in plain-polish niobium.)

If you want this to arrive ready for gift-giving, a fabric gift pouch or ribbon-tied gift box can be provided for an additional fee -- but please note that due to the bulk of this set, that option will be more costly than gift packaging for my smaller jewelry pieces.

Offer: I will make you a woven, beaded bracelet in any colors of your choosing, from any of the following stitches; daisy, double-diamond, heart, peyote, spiral, and free-form (though you will have less control over the final result if you choose this method). I mainly work with seed beads, though if you have a specific design in mind I can adapt to include accents. I have been beading for seven years and beading professionally for five.
