Live and Let Die is a season Five of Angel AU game. It takes place just at the onset of the 'Damage' episode. That episode follows it's course canon, but on the way back to England with the twelve slayers, Dana and Andrew, is Hamilton. Hamilton is an extension of the partners, but is thoroughly involved at the onset and is not simply a liasion for the senior partners. His responsibility is to get Angel dark, and dark soon. To accomplish that, he will blow up the Council with everyone in it. The intention is for Buffy to be in there, but she won't be.
However, Giles, Willow, Kennedy, Andrew, Dawn, Dana and virtually every other slayer in the world, will be, and they will be killed by the explosion. Not killed in the explosion, will be Faith, who is returning from anothe rpoint in Europe, long since single and free of Robin Wood. She witnesses the explosion along with another being, who tried to stop Hamilton. That being, Justin, a vampire, is souled in unusual circumstances by preachers in London. Faith doesn't know him, but he knows that he has to protect her, that it is his duty, although she will not be happy to see a set of fangs on him to start.
Meanwhile, Buffy had already decided that after sending Andrew and the other slayers to get Dana away from Wolfram and Hart, that she had to intervene and get Angel on his right path and his already headed to Los Angeles. Andrew has just told her that Spike is alive, which buoys her that she can get both of her vampires on the right track.
In Los Angeles, Spike is injured, but corporeal. Gunn has started to lose his lawyer brain and is about to cut the deal that will bring in a most unwanted surprise. Wesley and Fred are getting closer, not knowing the events that are about to unfold around them. Lorne has left the fold. It's too much for him to be involved in. He returns to his routes, a karaoke bar.
Cordelia awakens just after Spike's hands are chopped off, and has a vision of the Council exploding. Angel is told about it and rushes to her, stunned to hear that she is awake, and happy at the same time, while disconcerted about Buffy sending slayers to get in his way. The problem is, that he won't be able to get to her in time to prevent the Council from blowing up.
Lindsey is still around, and will make his tattoed presence known as Cordy awakens, wanting Angel's job, and willing to work with Hamilton when it comes to that, only Lindsey's motivation is Angel dead, not dark. Hamilton just might not have disputes with that idea. Where will the destruction lead? Who will be left standing to fight whom?
