1. Crop you image. Depending on the color of you image you may need to do a color balance and give it more of a red/yellow coloring.
2.Create a new layer and flood fill with #01051c, set it to exclusion and leave it at 100%.
3.Create a new layer and flood fill with #c9f9fd, set it to colorburn and leave it at 100%.
4.Go to Layer-New Adjustment Layer- Hue/Saturation. Change the Saturation to +50.
5.Create a new layer and flood fill with #8be0fd, set it to softlight and set it to 60%.
6.Create one last new layer and flood fill with #e2a5a0, set it to overlay and set it to 54%.
