AboutWelcome to lit_icons a Joss Whedon icon contest focusing on literature. Basically each Sunday a challenge will be posted, a theme, a picture, a quote, poem or passage, and members have two weeks to come up with an icon, you know the drill.
Rules
~Icons must meet LJ's standards, this is 40K or under, 100x100 pixels or smaller, animations are allowed.
~Unless states otherwise, one icon per person, per challenge.
~Enter your icon in a seperate post, you may want to write why you chose to interperate the challenge how you did.
~All icons must be related to Buffy, Angel or Firefly in some way.
~Voting for your own icons, or a friends, just because they’re friends is against the rules, and also kinda sad.
~Ditto stealing other people’s ideas.
~Ditto using other people’s bases, brushes etc and not crediting them, normally somewhere in your own journal.
~Any other rules for specific challenges will be posted up with the challenge.

You have from Monday until the next Friday to enter.
Friday until Sunday to Vote.
Winners and new challenge are posted Sunday night.
We are on GMT here atlit_icons.
Icons are due at 9pm on GMT.
But if you're not, then your icons are due...
Pacific - 1pm
Mountain - 2pm
Central - 3pm
East Coast- 4pm
Votes are tallied as follows.
