However, I'll reopen it if a new Smash Bros. in announced. If there's none like Sakurai suggested in Iwata Asks, well, tough luck.

CoroCoro magazine has issued a "may be" Brawl roster without our flower fairy. Does this mean she's really dead, or might Sakurai just surprise us?

A Japanese magazine is supposed to detail Brawl's roster and Assist Trophies. Do any of you expect Lip to show up in there in either form? I'm seriously starting to believe not.
When (because I know they will eventually) this is leaked, the first one who finds out if Lip is playable, post here and inform everyone. |

Who here is seriously starting to lose hope when it comes to Lip being in Brawl?
What worries me most is the Assist Trophies. I SO don't want her to be one. I want her PLAYABLE. |

What kind of moves would you like to see Lip have if she makes it in Brawl? Her stick? Garbage blocks? Panels? Moves inspired from the other fairies? ANYTHING is good if it means she can rule Yoshi.
Let's see if we can compile our very own Lip moveset as a group. (If you want, that is...) Just for the fun of it.
I give her an Up-B move: Rainbow Bridge:
(Borrowed from an NSider): Lip creates a short rainbow (as much as I like Lip, I don't want her to be cheap...) like in Panel De Pon 1-Player VS and uses it as a recovery move. This next part is by me: if executed close to an opponent, the opponent gets hit by the stick as she creates the rainbow.
