Sorry I don't have a live preview =/ it looks so much better with the actual animation than just a still, but here's the preview anyways:

I have heard a few rumors that there is going to be a different Twilight trailer played before Speed Racer this Friday. Has anybody heard the same? I am going regardless because I want to see the movie, but seeing a little bit of Twilight would be an added bonus!

Verified through Summit to clear up confusion once again regarding the trailers for the movie. The ONLY trailer that Summit has produced as of this moment is the trailer that you can see on Myspace. This trailer was give to MySpace as an exclusive and is therefore not seen elsewhere until Friday. On Friday the SAME teaser trailer that you have already seen will be placed on the official Twilight movie site as well as other sites all over the web. This also includes movie theaters! The Twilight trailer is NOT exclusive to Speed Racer. If you go see speed Racer this weekend you may or may not see the teaser trailer on your movie screen. The trailer may in fact pop up on other film previews here and there. You may even see it pop up on your TV screen this summer.

I actually had trouble getting through the whole thing. I wish they'd clean up some of the responses...ya know?

For example:

Tell us more about the Jacob Black character....

Yeah. Um...he's very interesting. I love the way Stephanie wrote him is...In the first movie, ya know, he's a native American. He's very friendly, and easy to talk with, ya know, he's just a, ya know, he's a great, ya know, young boy, then in the second one it becomes interesting because, ya know, he turns into a werewolf, and what I find cool is like, ya know, he has this native American side who's just this, ya know, happy go lucky kid, then he has this werewolf side where, ya know, he's trying to hold back his, ya know, he just...he has a temper, and ya know, he wants to be violent so, all that stuff going on inside a teenage boy has to just be insane.

Hi... I hope this is allowed (please, mods?) because I really need to get this out of my system.

I don't know if it's only because I'm PMSing, but lately I've been noticing a barrage of hate-filled entries directed toward the actors, toward Edward, Bella, and even toward SM herself, that I've started to steer clear of the posts that are tagged 'discussions' in my flist. It's making me wary of the fandom too, to be honest. I'm an E/B shipper but I also love Jake, that's why I've joined the other comm for Jake lovers. But, jeez, these past few days there've been so much Edward-bashing in the comm (one particular entry got me so mad that I had to vent right here), I'm literally gritting my teeth in anger going over the entries. I know that I don't actually need to read these things posted by the anti-Edward people, and I know that everyone can't agree on the same things, but to read about people bashing Stephenie Meyer for making E/B end up together, or for being a Mormon, or for being the ultimate idealist in pairing up E/B? I just don't understand all this negativity at all. Frankly sometimes it's exhausting being in the fandom, and it's totally a waste of energy posting all this hate in public forums.

If you don't like the series, the author, or how the books end, why bother joining this fandom at all? You've finished the book and didn't like it? Move on. Maybe it's naive to think that this fandom was a safe haven where we could share all the things we like about the series. I went into this thinking like that. But apparently, I've found out that it's also a place where we can tear each other's throats out.

Thoughts? I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I made this for myself out of the new poster, i wanted to share it. I can try to resize it if anyone wants to use it.

hey bb's. i was a little jeal of the people who get to make cool icons n stuff but i have no psp talent, really. but seeing as i just got my replacement sidekick 3 today i was a little ~inspired~ to make a new theme for myself and decided to share with u all. dunno how many people out there even have a sk3 but just in case!!
