This is a community for young mothers who are trying to raise their baby on their own or with little support from the fathers (or young fathers raising their babies without the mom in the picture). It is to provide support, meet some friends, a place to share stories with other people in a simular situation, and somewhere to come if you need advice on anything in your life. THIS COMMUNITY IS NOW MODERATED!! Due to recent events, I have decided to make this community closed. Please respect this decision and the members of this community by making ALL posts FRIENDS ONLY!! Thank you. When you join the community, please fill out this survey and post it with your intro :) Thanks and enjoy! (I realize that this survey is geared mainly towards the Mommy's whose children have already been born, so you pregnany mommy's out there, answer the questions as best as you can) Name: Age: Are you married/divorced/in a relationship/single? Your babies name, birthday (Due Date), and current age (How far along you are)? Was your baby planned or a surprise? Was he/she early, late or on time? Did (do) you know the sex of your baby before he/she was born? How much did he/she weigh and how long was he/she? How long was your labor? Did you have a vaginal birth or a c-section (which do you plan for)? If you had a vaginal birth, did you have any pain medications (do you plan on using medications)? Did your water break on it's own or did it have to be broken? Who was in the delivery room/house with you (Who do you plan to be with you)? If you could, is there anything you would change about your birth experience? Did you have an OB or midwife? Whats one thing about your baby's birth (pregnancy) that really sticks out in your mind? What was the hardest thing about labor and delivery (pregnancy)? What one thing to you remember most about your baby when you saw him/her for the first time (saw him/her on the ultrasound)? |
