    Hi all. I'm looking for a fic that was one of the first I read in this fandom, and before I was taking the time to, oh, bookmark the fics I like. I think Sam was having some kind of "O noes, wai did i pick 1973?!!!" crisis, and cut himself to see if he could feel it. Gene eventually discovered this, wasn't happy, and then they probably made out. Or had a punch-up, and then made out. Either's pretty likely. Any ideas? Thanks!
