Life used to be good, here in Australia. Then they came.  On November 14th 2003 our lives changed forever.  With little resistance the Enemy invaded.  All leaders of our country, political or military, were killed.  All resources were taken away from us.  Basic rights to equality, to freedom, to health: all gone.

We became second class citizens overnight.

We became slaves.

Betrayed by our own.

Ignored by our own.

Saved by our own.

The choice becomes yours.  In a land where you no longer harbour the freedoms of old, where one choice is all you can make, what would you choose?

Presenting, for your reading pleasure, the new RULES OF LORF.
I've written these rules, based on the old ones that appeared on the website, and with input from any LorFers I managed to speak to over the last few days. They are pretty much final, however I'll still accept input from everyone, so if you have something you want to add, let me know.

THE RULES

“Your Life or Your Freedom”, or “LorF”, as it is known in our jargon, is growing bigger all the time. It started with about eight of us, and now involves seventeen writers and twenty stories.

With that in mind, LorF now has a new set of rules, relating to writing, posting and experiencing LorF.

Most of these rules are simple common courtesy, but it never hurts to have these things down in writing. Please obey the LorFish rules. Consistent failure to do so may result in being banned from LorF.

If you have any complaints about someone infringing the rules, please let Kayt know immediately, so that she can deal with the problem and issue the appropriate reminders/warnings/threats to superglue puppies.( The Rules Be Here )
