Ouch. That probably hurt.
I call mo-fo...on myself. :(

I work in a library where there is quite an age gap between myself and the next oldest librarian. There's a break room in our library with some communal dishes (forks, spoons, plates...) and a sink, with dish soap and dish rack for cleaning the dishes afterwards.

Before I use these items, I tend to examine them for cleanliness. A co-worker saw me doing this and said, "Oh good, I'm not the only one who checks the dishes before I use them."

To which I agreed and said, "It's just like when I used to live with my grandmother. She couldn't always see the dried on food either."

Ouch.

Oops.

Well in my opinion, realizing that you possibly committed an act of mofo-ery does not make you a mofo. True mofos are completely unaware of how annoying their mofo acts are.

Oops. Well, count it as a foot-in-mouth moment. At least you realized what you'd said! I agree with the person above: this makes you non mofo-y.

(Unrelated question: Your screenname doesn't have anything to do with the ballad Tam Lin, does it? Just wondering. :) )
