I am posting this on my LiveJournal in opposition to The Patriot Act, which represents an extreme danger to the life, property and liberty of all persons living in the United States.



Call your senators RIGHT FREAKING NOW!!! and tell them to reject any provision of the Patriot Act!

Good thinking sir! Definetly a worthy Meme. I think that the patriot act is very dangerous, and though i live in canada, I know that my country's gov't is likely to go along with whatever the US's gov't says. So I fully support your quite visible, recognisable, symbolic and powerful protest!

And you know, the entire deal with the USA being in severe trouble, and turning the flag upside down as a warning sign is completely lost on many right-wing type people -- they just think it's defamation, and usually try to stop it. Which of course, is only more reason to keep it upside down. Personally, I think it's a very and pertinent interpretation of the flag code. I posted this in my journal -- rock on man :D
