Has anyone ever seen/done any cosplay/costumes from the ObsCure series? I saw a Kenny costume from the first game on cosplay.com, but that's all I've found. I'm planning an O:tA Shannon costume, but I'm not sure when I'm going to wear it. Hope there's other cosplayers of the series out there!
And I have a fanfiction! Hehe. The details are off -- IIRC at the beginning of O:tA, Amy is at Sven's and mentions "Weird family," when Kenny and Shannon walk by, but for the sake of this story I stuck Shannon and Amy in the same dorm room (I couldn't resist the banter that would come from them in the same dorm room). ;D
It's called Eight Husbands and it features Shannon and Stan, with a little bit of Amy.
Aaaaaand of course their next meeting comes complete with monsters and weapons and flowers (oh my!), but you know the drill. ;)
I also got my copy of the first game in the mail. Yay! I won it off of ebay for a good price and need to hook my Xbox back up since it doesn't work on the 360! D: But I'm sure it will be worth it~ Hehe!
I am new in this lovely community and just wanted to drop a quick hello. I played ObsCure: The Aftermath over the weekend with a friend and fell in love with it's quirkiness and campy feel. I'm currently hunting down the first game to play and have been searching up ObsCure stuff around the internet -- I was very happy to find an LJ community for the series! :D
Currently, I'm working on a fanfiction (Shannon and Stan!) and have given in and started playing Sven in a multi-fandom RPG (Revelry Junction -- I would love to see more ObsCure characters there! ;D). So the game has pretty much taken over my brain since last weekend and I just had to share my insanity/geekfest about it with other people. So yay for there being other people to share it with! Hehe~

LOL WTH? I found these a while ago, and never understood where did they come from.. Any ideas? Promotional material? It's on the OTA site, not in the O2 one. XD They look pretty crappy, some sort of Resident Evil 1 opening ( it has its charm, i must admit )

Well if you are into horror I really suggest this game, finish first though Obscure. Well I made this Wallpaper cuz they are soooo my favorite characters of all time!
