I finally found a Paintchat that works for me... ♥♥♥♥

At Oekaki Central, you gotta  register however and draw some images on the Oekaki board first before you can use it XD'
But I'm happy now~~ *_____* I haven't  been able to use a Pchat for over half a year so YAY <3 So missed this.

EDIT: I found another one, which is quite the same XD" here - it says NG-17 but |||DDDD' It doesn't seem like anyone's using it o.o
